Our General Managers (GM's) provide frontline leadership to all Team Members and are responsible for the financial health of the store.  Our GM's establish and cultivate a culture in their store that is aligned with our core values and our mission of Bettering Peoples Day. GM's at Philz provide leadership to Team Members by demonstrating a strong work ethic, a passion for delivering quality results and by recognizing and developing future Philz leaders.

  • 3+ years experience managing a fast paced, high volume, customer service-oriented business preferably in a food service or retail setting.

  • Ability to operate machinery and make general observations in regards to safety and accuracy of work using visual acuity
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for a minimum of 3 hours
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel

  • Ability to grasp, finger, and reach
  • Ability to express or exchange information by means of the spoken word
  • Ability to lift 3 pounds to shoulder height repetitively
